Hey everyone I know I haven’t guest posted in a while and to be honest with you I really haven’t needed to because James has been doing such a killer job with everything here on MMA Punk, big thanks to James before I get started.
I just finished up my UFC 105 Predictions which in turn brought me over here to see what was going on, I noticed that the mma blog was loading pretty slow and decided to dive into it a little bit. For the sake of keeping this short and getting down to the UFC Poll below, one of the things slowing down the site was our monthly poll in the sidebar so I decided to remove it and create a poll for UFC 105 and the main event between Randy Couture and Brandon Vera.

Mike, Randy is one of the greats but Vera is no push over he has beat some of the top heavy weights like Frank Mir befoe he moved to light heavy weight. Should be a awesome fight but my pick is Vera
