Ok fight fans here we go! It’s UFC 105 featuring Randy Couture vs Brandon Vera, live on Spike TV Nov,14 2009 at 8pm from the M.E.N Arena Manchester, England. The co-main event will feature middle-weights Michael Bisping vs Denis Kang.
After UFC 104′s controversial fight between Lyoto Machida and Shogun Rua, I hope the MMA world can get past it and move on. A lot of people are saying this fight card sucks or it’s going to be boring. I personally think this card is going to be awesome. The last time Randy was on the fight card, people were saying the same thing, but after the fight was over they changed there minds because Randy and Big Nog had one of the best fights of the year and the rest of the card was full of action. So before you say this fight card sucks look a little deeper and you will see there is going to be some great action in the Octagon come Nov 14.

Randy Couture
6′ 2″ 205 16-10-0 |
Brandon Vera
6′ 2″ 205 11-3-0 |
Randy’s last fight was with Big Nog and it was an epic battle, but Randy did lose in decision. Randy is a great warrior, but now I think it’s time the touch is passed to the younger generation. Brandon Vera could be the next big star in the UFC with a win over Randy moving him closer to a title shot. Brandon started out in the heavyweight division and then moved to light-heavyweight after losing two fights that he should have won. Brandon got a little off track but I think he ‘s back to his winning ways. This should be a amazing fight, the master fighting the student.
My pick: Bradon Vera
Mike Swick
6′ 1″ 170 14-2-0 |
Dan Hardy
6′ 0″ 170 22-6-0 |
This is one of the hardest fight I have ever had to predict. I like both these guys and they both can bring it and bring it hard. Mike Swick is on a 4 fight win streak and his last fight was a huge win over Ben Sanders with a 2 rd TKO. Dan Hardy is on a 6 fight win streak and has an impressive win over Roy Markham and Marcus Davis. These guys like to strike and I believe will stand in center of the octagon and swing away. Fight of the night in the making if not fight of the year.
My pick: Dan Hardy
Michael Bisping
6′ 2″ 185 18-2-0 |
Denis Kang
5′ 11″ 185 32-10-1 |
Michael Bisping is coming off a huge knockout loss to Dan Henderson. I hope this has humbled him, maybe he will talk less smack and focus more on his fighting skills. Bisping has only 2 loses on his record and they were by Henderson and Evans; and has impressive wins over Chris Leben and Jason Day. Denis Kang’s record has some up’s and downs but he has fought some of the best in the middle weight division. His last fight was against Xavier Foupa-Pokam which he won with a decision. I believe Bisping will have the advantage in the stand up, but Kang has the advantage on the ground.
My pick: Denis Kang
James Wilks
6′ 1″ 170 7-2-0 |
Matt Brown
6′ 0″ 170 12-7-0 |
This should be another interesting fight. James Wilks is on a 4 fight win streak. His last fight was against Damarques Johnson and he chocked him out in the first round. James Wilks seems to be good on his feet and has a decent ground game. Matt Brown has won his last 2 fights and a huge TKO of Pete Sell 1:32 in the first round. These guys make a great match and should turn out to be a great fight.
My pick: James Wilks
Ross Pearson
5′ 8″ 155 11-3-0 |
Aaron Riley
5′ 8″ 155 28-11-1 |
This should be a entertaining fight both these guys match up well. I’m not going into great detail because Aaron has a lot of experience over Pearson. I’m not saying it will be a walk in the park but Aaron should win this fight.
My pick: Aaron Riley
Paul Taylor (10-4-1) vs John Hathaway (12-0-0)
My pick:John Hathaway
Terry Etim (13-2-0) vs Shannon Gugerty (12-3-0)
My pick:Terry Etim
Nick Osipczak(4-0-0) vs Matthew Riddle (3-0-0)
My pick:Matthew Riddle
Paul Kelly(10-1-0) vs Dennis Siver(14-6-0)
My pick:Paul Kelly
Alexander Gustafsson (8-0-0) vs Jared Hamman(10-1-0)
My pick:Alexander Gustafsson
Andre Winner (10-3-1) vs Rolando Delgado (8-4-1)
My pick:Andre Winner
I would like to let everyone know that these are just my picks on who I think might win. I have to say this because there are some ignorant people like this guy Rico who thinks he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. He made a complete ass out of him self because Extreme John picked Lyoto Michida to beat Shogun Rua. Even after Shogun got beat he still came back and made himself look like the true douch bag. Please read all the craziness at Extremejohn’s UFC 104 predictions comment section. Leave a comment and tell me what you think good or bad. All comments welcome.
