Here is a great interview with Randy Couture. He talks about he upcoming fight with Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira at UFC 102. I am wonder if Randy is totally focused on the fight he has a lot of thing going on and training for Nogueira is just one more thing on his list. Randy has been filming a couple of movies, interviews and personal appearance and Training Gina Carano. I hope he has left time for himself to train. I know Nogueira is training hard and with UFC 102 weeks away I hope Randy is doing the same.

Randy is such an intelligent fighter it’s unreal, when he sticks to his game plan he is tough to beat. For one quick moment in the Lesnar fight he let that fight plan go and got KO’d because of it.

My only concern is Randy has been doing a lot of interview and helping other people train for ther fight. I just hope he has left time to train for Nogueira.
